Orichette for a tasty meal!
Orichette is a type of pasta which is small, saucer-shaped and delicious.
Here, I've served it with vodka creme sauce, fresh basil, ricotta cheese, and a lightly breaded and fried chicken breast. It was inexpensive and delicous.
