Homemade Applesauce

Lindsay and I spent the morning peeling, coring, dicing, and cooking down apples for homemade applesauce.  The process is time-consuming but well worth the effort!  A pantry filled with applesauce with no added sugar, preservatives, or chemicals will be enjoyed throughout the winter.
